GENERAL INFORMATION
Maximum development of human being takes place in the first 2 to 7 years after birth. We at Jingle Public School help the child to inculcate early adaptation of those skills. All parents are regarded as members who have full participatory rights for constructive suggestions.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The filled-up admission form needs to be submitted along with the following-
- Three passport size photograph with the child’s name written overleaf
- Photocopy of birth certificate
- School leaving certificate in case the child was studying in any other school
- Admissions will be on first come first served basis for Class Play Group to LKG
- For Class UKG, I to XII selection for admission will be based on verbal/written test and interview.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
- Parent(s) may withdraw their child’s enrollment by giving a one month written notice in advance.
- Parent(s) will have to pay the fees for that term even if the student does not complete the term.
- Parent(s) needs to submit the filled-in Notice of Withdrawal form.
FEE PROCEDURE
- Fees are to be deposited at the Jingle Public School Bank account.
- Student’s monthly fee will be collected on quarterly basis-
- 1st Quarter: April, May, June on the day of Admission at school.
- 2nd Quarter: July, August, September on or before 10th of June.
- 3rd Quarter: October, November, December on or before 10th of October.
- 4th Quarter: January, February, March on or before 10th of March.
- If the payment of fees is not paid on or before 10th of every quarter 1st month a fine of Rs.50 per month will be charged. The bank will not accept payment beyond due date without late fees.
- Entry slip in the booklet has three parts. Part-I is student copy, Part-II school copy is to be sent to the school and Part-III is the bank copy.
- In case the booklet is lost a duplicate booklet will be issued on payment of Rs.40
